Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no ads, no catch. Create unlimited pools with up to 25 members each, forever. If you never grow past 25, you never pay us a cent.
Do pool members have to pay?
Never. Joining a pool is always free — one tap on a shareable link and you're in. Only the organizer pays, and only if the pool grows past 25 members.
What happens if my pool grows past the limit?
New members can't join once you hit the cap, and we'll let you know in-app. Upgrade your pool to the next tier and pay only the difference — no picks lost, no data reset, no one has to rejoin.
Do I pay per tournament?
Today, yes — one-time payment per pool for the entire 2026 World Cup. That covers every match, from the opener at Estadio Azteca to the final at MetLife. Recurring-league options (Champions League, Copa America, season-long) are on the roadmap.
What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?
Pro is self-serve: pick your tier, start in minutes, up to 1,000 members, with custom branding (your logo, your colors). Enterprise is for 1,000+ member groups or companies that need full whitelabel on their own domain, a dedicated account manager, and enterprise invoicing. If you're running a pool for a whole company, that's Enterprise. If you're running one for your office, Pro is almost always enough.
Is a World Cup office pool legal in the US?
For a recreational group activity, yes — same legal footing as a March Madness bracket at the office. Toqui takes no money in or out of the platform: no entry fees to us, no cash prizes paid by us. Any buy-in your group runs lives off-platform and is between you and your coworkers. Check your company's HR or legal policy for internal rules. This isn't legal advice.
Do you charge Canadian or Mexican sales tax or VAT?
Prices shown are in USD. Applicable taxes (US sales tax, Canadian GST/HST, Mexican IVA) are added at checkout based on your billing country. Enterprise invoices can itemize VAT/GST for accounting.
